This course is designed to develop core business strategy management skills and competencies which include business strategy knowledge, planning, control, problem-solving and communication

An expression of how an organization needs to evolve over time to meet its objectives along with a detailed assessment of what needs to be done. Developing an organizational strategy for a business involves first comparing its present state to its targeted state to define differences, and then stating what is required for the desired changes to take place.

An organisation's strategy is its plan for the whole business that sets out how the organisation will use its major resources. An organisation's structure is the way the pieces of the organisation fit together internally. It also covers the links with external organisations such as partners.

This is best achieved by focus grouping, analytical modelling and sampling and using a Delphi approach to situate harmonious examination of the scenarios


Evaluation involves the benchmark of the global exam standards of multiple choices with practical questions which redirect the focus of the students from a mere knowledge to applications.
