This course is designed to widen and deepen the skills of managers in building and managing organizational productivity and processes.

Operations Management deals with the design and management of products, processes, services and supply chains. It considers the acquisition, development, and utilization of resources that firms need to deliver the goods and services their clients want. 

Operations management focuses on carefully managing the processes to produce and distribute products and services. Majorly, overall activities often include product creation, development, production and distribution.

About this Course

Learn to analyze and improve business processes in services or in manufacturing by learning how to increase productivity and deliver higher quality standards. Key concepts include process analysis, bottlenecks, flows rates, and inventory levels, and more. After successfully completing this course, you can apply these skills to a real-world business challenge.
